Land Grant Surveyors

Established in 2008, Land Grant Surveyors, LLC (LGS) was founded through a partnership between Steven C. Black and ELA Group, Inc. ELA Group, Inc. is a comprehensive Landscape Architecture and Engineering firm with over 26 years of experience and offices in Lititz and State College, Pennsylvania. LGS, in affiliation with ELA, enhances client service by leveraging their expertise in Land Development, Engineering, Transportation, and GIS. This collaboration also benefits ELA by ensuring internal quality control and seamless continuity in the design process for their clients.

Qualifications

Our Surveyors are licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida, and additionally, can perform work in Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey.

Education & Training

Our surveying professionals bring extensive experience in municipal, institutional, commercial, industrial, environmental, agricultural, and residential surveys. With three Professional Licensed Surveyors and over 175 years of combined experience, LGS is exceptionally qualified to provide any type of survey you might need. Our skilled surveyors employ the most efficient blend of traditional and modern technologies to deliver accurate, high-quality products in a timely manner.

Locations

LGS is headquartered in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. In 2018, LGS acquired Weber Surveyors, located in Landisville, PA. This acquisition not only broadened our client base but also doubled the number of our survey field crews.
