Land Grant Surveyors, LLC, (LGS) was founded by Steven C. Black and ELA Group , Inc. in 2008. ELA Group, Inc. (ELA) is a full service Landscape Architecture and Engineering firm with offices in Lititz and State College, Pennsylvania that has been in business for over 26 years. Being affiliated with ELA allows LGS to better serve our clients by calling on their Land Development, Engineering, Transportation and GIS expertise. ELA also benefits by being able to provide their clients with internal quality control and seamless continuity throughout the design process.

Qualifications

Our Surveyors are licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida, and additionally, can perform work in Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey.

Education & Training

Our Surveying professionals contribute extensive experience in municipal, institutional, commercial, industrial, environmental, agricultural, and residential surveys. With 3 Professional Licensed Surveyors and over 175 years of combined experience, LGS is exceptionally qualified to provide any type of survey you might need. Our skilled Surveyors employ the most efficient blend of traditional and modern technologies to provide our clients with accurate, high-quality products in a timely manner.

Locations

LGS is headquartered in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. In 2018, LGS acquired Weber Surveyors, based in Landisville, PA. The acquisition expanded our client base and doubled our number of survey field crews.
