Surveying and mapping are vital to building a better world....
It's more than elevations, points and lines, Surveying and mapping has defined the boundaries of cities and towns, suburbs and exurbs, farms, roads and parks throughout the world. And it will shape our future businesses and farms, homes and schools with ever-improving accuracy and ideas. Land Grant Surveyors carries this responsibility with reverence, whether we are staking out a school or a water management system for a municipality. Both homeowners and large companies alike deserve the peace of mind that comes with precise mapping.
We are sharing some projects for you to see the breadth of Surveying Services we can provide. While we love being part of high profile projects that impact the community and the glitzy ones that improve our local economy, we work just as mindfully on sewage system and rights of way projects and small property surveys.
It is in measuring and mapping borders that Land Grant Surveyors helps people just like you expand the possibilities of the communities where we live, work, learn, travel, pray and play... Let us help you with your next land or construction project.
Please call 717.285.7872 or email to learn how we can help you with your next project.

DHL Warehouse Facility
The DHL Warehouse project was one of the larger stakeout projects we’ve completed. The 65-acre site contained extensive parking areas and a 325,000 s.f. warehouse building. Our dedicated stakeout team stuck by our client’s schedule and worked closely with the project superintendent to make sure he had everything he needed. In addition to establishing horizontal and vertical control, we staked out erosion & sediment control, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and waterline, curbing, paving, centerline, parking areas, retaining walls, basins, swales, and the warehouse building. |

Our work on the project included staking out sanitary sewer and storm sewer, curbing, utilities, street centerline, and set all the property corners. In addition to construction stakeout, we created legal descriptions for all 22 lots as well as the cul-de-sac, Cedar Chase Drive. |

Warwick Middle School
In 2008, Warwick School District began construction on a new Middle School, a new athletic stadium and new athletic fields. Before construction could begin they needed to provide their land developer with a base map of the entire site. Our expert survey crews performed a boundary and topographic survey of the approximately 115 acre site. The large project included surveying baseball, field hockey, and soccer fields, the football stadium and track, all of the buildings and all of the utilities on the site. |
