Cedar Chase is a quaint neighborhood of 22 single-family home sites located in Western Lancaster County. The neighborhood includes a wooded recreation area and paved walking path. Our work on the project included staking out sanitary sewer and storm sewer, curbing, utilities, street centerline, and set all the property corners. In addition to construction stakeout, we created legal descriptions for all 22 lots as well as the cul-de-sac, Cedar Chase Drive.
